under the sea....... under the sea......

I drew this when i was 7!!!

I was at the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority Building @ Lavender with my cousins who came back from Sydney last December cos they needed to renew their IC, when i chanced upon my painting!!!

I remembered my Aunty once told me some time ago that my painting was displayed at ICA building but i didn't get the chance to go there to find out myself.

Since i was there last December, we went through all the levels in the building and finally found it at Level 5!!

i was HYPERVENTILATING and wanted to demand for them to give the painting back to me!
hahahaha!

I mean u know... seeing something you drew like more than 17 Years ago, you tend to get emtional! hahaha!

yar i mean it's so amazing rite? ohh and i saw my cousin's painting at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station!

hahahaha!

And yar if you happen to have lost ur IC (Touch Wood!) and need to go to ICA Building for one reason or another, Go to Level 5!!!

Oh by the way, I won 2nd Prize in the Takashimaya Art Competition back then in 1990 with this drawing! when Taka wasn't even built yet!!!

Under the Weather!

I'm feeling so under the weather.... On 2 days MC actually

i was feeling it already on Sunday Evening, but i still went ahead with the Indian Food + Shisha dinner plan with Aunty Wins!

I didn't realise that the smoke and the food didn't quite help actually! It worsen my sore throat!

I was down with very bad SORE THROAT that nite i got home and i got feverish in the middle of the nite!

I took half day MC on Monday but "kay kiang" didn't go see a doctor then cos i self medicated and went back to work at 6pm!

Goodness! It really didn't help! CMI on Tuesday! I finally went to see a doctor and she said i had throat infection! and a very bad one!

she gave me the strongest antibiotic on earth, I had to take it after food!

Been floating in and out of sleep since yesterday and the whole of today, i feel crappish!
I hate medicine!

I passed my Driving........

Basic Theory Test lah... hahahaha!

Yar outdated news again...
Been in the lazy, lo-bo mood, don't really feel like updating my blog...

I went for my BTT last Friday, believe it or not! I didn't study until the day before the test...
And i hit the panic button! For the fact that i dun wanna fail it and waste time waiting for another test date!

So i decided to take half day off! hahhaa! ridiculous rite? but i was desperate for it!

I CANNOT FAIL! i wanna get my license before i arrive in the Sydney Land in July!

It's quite scary actually cos everyone was telling me... the PASSED/ FAILED word will just appear super BIG in ur face after u submit the test!

Though i studied for it but i wasn't very confident! So as i clicked the "End Test" button, I prayed very hard...

I mean so paiseh to fail rite? I took half day off to study leh!
and Winston was making comments like: wah... if u fail, means you really quite stupid!

and Lyn made a comment: aiyar u won't fail lah! unless u dun have common sense!

OMG! heart drop!

The moment was here!! as i clicked the button to submit the test....

it took about 3 seconds for the results to show...............................

PASSED!!!!!!!!
YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i IMMEDIATELY called the driving instructor... he gave me instructions, told me to get my Provisional Driving License, go update my PDL, book a date for my Final Theory Test, and then arrange for my 1st driving lesson!!!

YAY! This Friday would be my first!

sleeeeeepy

been feeling sleepy the whole day! and i fell asleep in front of the trainer, yar was on course today!

gosh... been having the luxury of staying too near office so much so that i hate going on course... it means i have to wake up SUPER EARLY!!! and that explains why i've been damn sleepy the whole day...

yar and i woke up damn early today to reach the place at 9am...
i would still be sleeping at 9am during normal days! OMG! is that very bad??? YES!

and i'm feeling super sleepy now... and that's good! it means i'll sleep earlier tonight and wake up earlier tmr.. and i'll slowly adjust my bedtime & wake up time... YAY!
